Welcome to my website. My name is Roy Ward and I am a landscape artist working mainly in watercolours. I have been painting professionally since 1985 and I retired from painting in 2012. I have produced about nine hundred paintings.
Unfortunately, there is no recorded image of the vast majority of them and the ones you can view in the galleries are the only ones of which I have photographic record. It has only been this last couple of years, since the acquisition of a digital camera and scanner, that I have tried to keep a record of my work.
Many of the pictures in the galleries date from several years ago and have all long since been sold, but the most recent works have also been included, some of which are for sale.
The main purpose of this website is to show my work to anyone who is interested enough to look.
